Injured Limping Doggie Medical Vet Bill

Went to the vet just now to pay the first payment of Lucky's (limping dog) medical bill. I am very glad and grateful that my vet has given me a huge discount. And also to all donors, you know who you are, just to let you all know, without your donations, Lucky will be still limping and had broken bones in his hind leg. I feel deeply grateful and thankful.

However I still owe the vet RM 700 ( Ringgit Malaysia) and once I got my debit card which I hope very soon, I shall withdraw the pending funds from PayPal and pay him. Since the vet is a good friend of mine, he willing to wait till I have enough funds to settle the balance. He is a great guy! End of this month, Lucky will have to go back again and had his plate removed. I hope Chong Kooi will take good care of him within this period of time and not to let him roaming in the neighborhood.

Injured Limping Doggie Finally Got Home.

Lucky ( injured limping dog) finally got home today after spending so many weeks at the vet. He was very excited to see Chong Kooi. Unfortunately we might have to wait a while until he manage to walk normally again. The vet will take out the plate inside the hind leg end of this month. He told me that after taking out the plate, Lucky may feel more comfy and the joint hopefully will work better. He also said, due to severe damage on the injured leg, the muscles has contracted, so he need more time.

That's Chong Kooi and Lucky together in the photo on the right. After this, I will be seeing them in 3 weeks time. I told Chong Kooi not to let Lucky roaming outside and keep him within the compound. I will try to check on Lucky once a week to monitor his condition. Will visit the vet on this coming Monday to pay partially Lucky's medical fee.

Injured Limping Doggie Going Home Tomorrow.

Just a quick update on the injured limping doggie. The video were shot on 29 October at the vet. In the video, you can see he is still afraid to use his injured leg. Maybe it is because it's still painful. The plate has not yet taken out and the vet will only do so probably end of this month. I am not sure why it has to be taken out and I will definitely ask the vet tomorrow. Due to the high fee involved and also limited of space for him to run about, the vet have suggested me to take him back.

I went to Chong Kooi's house just now; the man who is willing to keep him, and explained to him about the surgery progress. I also showed him some videos of the dog on my laptop too. If you have been following my videos and if you listen carefully on the third video, when the vet was doing the x-ray, he did call the dog Lucky. What a coincidence, Chong Kooi also called him Lucky too!

Tomorrow, Chong Kooi will follow along to bring Lucky back and I am sure Lucky misses home! Chong Kooi also contributed RM 100 ( Ringgit Malaysia) just now for Lucky medical fee and this is a surprise to me as he is a retiree. At first, I rejected his money but he insisted me to accept it as a token of appreciation.
