Injured Limping Doggie Operated

Finally, after waiting for almost a month, the doc has operated the limping doggie. The surgery was complicated but at least it is over now. All we have to do now is wait until the doggie gain back some energy and able to get up and walk again. I have no details of how the surgery was perform but I do think the doc has insert some kind of plate to join up the broken bones. However he did told me that since the doggie has not been using the leg for so long, the muscle around that area has shrink down and walking might not be as 'smooth' as a normal doggie.

The dog looks good! :)

I see your funds are running low Ngo. Do we need to hold a fund drive?

What do you think the chances are for finding this boy a home?

what a good job and he appears to have recovered from the anaesthetic well, he is eating and is alert. I think a limp is a very small price for the doggie to pay to have the use of his leg again.

You will have totally changed this animal's life and future. Wonderful work.

re: fund drive

Our thoughts exactly Nikki. We have raised about 90usd for transfer to Ngo so that will be on the way soon :)

Has limping Doggie still got a home to go to after the operation with the gentleman where he was found?

@ nikki and phil
I have discussed with the person who has let the doggie in and he is willing to give him a place to stay, well maybe at his compound. To me this is a good news and will keep everyone updated.

the bill is not cheap as he has to stay there for another 3 weeks or so and he has been there for alomost more than a month now. Once I received the fund from phil, I will make a first payment to the vet and I will ask the balance of the fund which I still owe him.

the fund got so low due to the yellow puppy hernea surgery fees which is around RM 850 all together. This surgery might be more I am afraid. Thank You so much for all the donation!

Okay, we will have a drive. I still have a couple of dollars from donours Ngo that you asked me to hold on to. I will have a quick drive at the end of the month and then make a transfer like I did last time. Or perhaps I can pay via Paypal or something. We will work it out.
